I have this book about three weeks ago, right after it came out. At that time I intend to do one of my biannual juice fasting, but was cautious because the nature, while being used to take a good 6 pounds or so every time the last few times I thought it would not lose anything. Depressing! The book I use for my regular juice fasting, Dr. Paavo Airola’s book “How to Slim, healthy and young with juice fasting Keep” which is out of print, but you can get used online. Sun after overflying the Juice Lady’s book I thought it would be a good food for the transition to make after the juice fast. had Sure enough, after a week on the juice fast, I lost 8 pounds. Then I transitioned into Cherie’s diet. This may give instead of feeling like I was all the food that I loved, I felt, “Oh goody! eat I get a real apple!” =] I’ve tried several of their juice recipes and they were delicious. However, soaked buckwheat groats … well it ended up in the trash. Will not do that one again! change after a week, I did not win back a single pound (which really means I’ve lost some, because after a week of juice fasting is nothing in your gut and if you start eating again it fills up again, of course.) I have no desire sugar, salt, or something other fruits and vegetables (Living Foods). I went to the grocery store yesterday, saw all that nasty processed foods and could not buy it. Did spend much time in the produce department, though. =] I’m not aware of their strict diet, so as not to lose 10 pounds over the matter, but I like what I do at the moment, and will continue juicing at least once a day. I am juicing fruit, which they do not, if we are strict on the diet.

This is the third Omron pedometer I have owned. The first I accidentally left in a public bathroom and the second finally broke after being dropped on the tile floor multiple times. I enjoyed the movie much more than the book, even though the first installment was poorly funded and directed. I couldn’t shake the feeling the entire time of how poorly Edward treated Bella. They tempered this quite a bit in the movie, you will notice, because it’s quite off-putting and makes Edward look like a royal a-hole. Did he ever notice or comment on her intellect, sense of humor, courage, character? Did anyone else notice that he was constantly angry with her, making condescending faces and noises? I kept asking myself why she didn’t like Mike…. The perfect descriptions of Ed’s perfectness were extreemely perfectly repetitive. I understand the need to explain Bellas lust for him, but maybe she could have done it in some more creative ways. That being said, I like the main ideas of the plot… they do make for intriguing vapid reading. The books should have been 1/3 the size they ended up. Some 100-200 pp sections could have been totally deleted with no consequence to the storyline. And I’m getting ahead of myself, but book four was a little creepy and boring after the honeymoon. Jacob has the hots for an infant…?!?! WTF? I know she tries to shrug this off, but my mind keeps going to when Renessmee is 12 and he is lusting after her… gross!
